FAQ

  • Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance. I only accept private pay. However, I can provide clients with a “superbill” which you may submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. I encourage all clients to reach out to their insurance company before our first meeting to explore if reimbursement is possible.

  • Who do you work with?

I work mostly with women and girls who seek to create a better relationship with themselves through exploring current and past challenges. My background is in working with teens and young adults who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. I would love for us to have a consultation call to see if we are a good fit! I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.

  • What is therapy like?

Therapy will vary depending on the person and what they are currently experiencing. During our first session we will talk about what you might wish to get out of therapy and what that could look or feel like. We can discuss the elements of therapy that you wish to participate in. I am trained in EMDR and use this modality with some of my clients. I never want therapy to feel scary or intimidating. Let’s take away the stigma; give me a call! Even if we don’t end up working together, I may be able to point you in the right direction or answer a question you may have!

  • I'm overwhelmed! Where do I begin?

The best place to start is with a free 15 minute consultation call. We can discuss what you are hoping to get out of therapy, what concerns you may have, and how we might approach it. Let’s connect, talk through the process, and see if we are a good fit. I am here to go on this journey with you.
